Rhubarb Creme Anglaise

THE RECIPE

The Rhubarb Creme Anglaise – a heavenly concoction of Curious Cat’s Rhubarb & Custard Gin and bubbles – a twist on the classic French 75 straight from Wonderland!

INGREDIENTS

50ml Curious Cat Rhubarb and Custard Gin
40ml Fresh Lemon Juice
30ml Simple Syrup
Champagne (to top)

METHOD

Add the Curious Cat Rhubarb and Custard Gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake up until cold before strain into into a flute glass. Top up with champagne. Garnish with a chunk of rhubarb.
