A Curious Cat twist on the classic Aviation cocktail, giving his Palma Violet Gin’s sweet floral notes room to soar!
80ml Curious Cat Palma violet
40ml Maraschino
40ml fresh lemon juice
30ml pear syrup 15ml
Tonic (to top)
Add the Curious Cat Palma Violet Gin and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake up for 5 seconds and then strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a Gypsophila and pear slice to finish.
