Caterpillar’s favourite, a gin based twist on the classic Old Fashioned using his smoky, earthy Caterpillar Gin in place of whiskey.
100ml Curious Cat Caterpillar Gin
10ml Gingerbread Syrup (can be substituted for sugar syrup)
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Combine the Caterpillar Gin, the syrup and the bitters, mix and pour into a rocks glass, adding a single large ice cube and finishing with an orange twist wrapped around a cinammon stick.
