Raspberry Sourpuss

The Raspberry Sourpuss – don’t let the name fool you. A pretty in pink take on the classic Clover Club with an indulgent, silky texture and enough sweet and sour to keep even the Queen of Hearts happy!

INGREDIENTS

80ml Curious Cat Raspberry Ripple Gin
20ml Lillet Blanc
20ml Cointreau
50ml fresh lemon juice
12 Fresh Raspberries
Egg white
40ml Grenadine

METHOD

Add the Curious Cat Raspberry Ripple Gin and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the egg white has emulsified and the berries have been pulverised. Add a handful of ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry and bitters swirl.
