A twisted take on the classic Bramble cocktail using our limited edition Wonderland Gin, adding a colour changing surprise to it’s creation!
100ml Curious Cat Wonderland Gin
40ml Simple Syrup
50ml Lemon Juice
30ml Chambord or similar Creme de Mure
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and then simply pour in the Curious Cat Wonderland Gin, then the syrup, then the lemon juice and finially the Chamord, garnish with blackberries and a lemon twist.
