80ml Curious Cat Passionfruit and Mango Gin
40ml Passoa
100ml pineapple juice
50ml fresh lemon juice
40ml vanilla syrup
Add the Curious Cat Passionfruit and Mango Gin, passoa, lemon juice and vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake well before double straining into coupe glasses. Top up with pineapple juice and garnish with pineapple fronds.
