Start your evening the Mad Hatter way with his take on the iconic martini cocktail – packed with a marmalade punch and zesty lemon.
100ml Mad Hatter Gin
30ml Cointreau
50ml Lemon Juice
x2 tablespoons of Marmalade
20ml simple syrup
In a cocktail shaker place the marmalade with ice and stir to dilute. Throw in the rest of the ingredients and shake with more cubed ice for 10 seconds. Double strain with a cocktail strainer in your cocktail shaker and holding another strainer over the glass. Pour through both strainers into a martini coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
